Partner Operations Specialist

  • Hybrid
    • Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria

Job description

The Role

You will be the operational engine behind our vendor partnerships, building and running one consistent way of tracking partner opportunities, revenue and funding across vendors.

Microsoft is our primary and most important partner and the main focus of this role. You will work with Partner Center, the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, designations, co-sell administration, incentives and funding. You will also cover partner operations for AWS, Dell, CNCF and future vendors, freeing the Partner Manager to focus on relationships, co-selling and strategic growth.

You will join the Hiyv Commercial Team in Sofia. The role reports to the Local Team Lead or Manager, with a dotted line to the Partner Manager / Commercial Manager.

This is a permanent employment role, with a start as soon as possible.

Strategic alliance decisions, executive and PDM relationships, joint go-to-market planning, co-sell conversations with Microsoft sellers, allocating licenses and vouchers, and SPLA/CSP licensing compliance are outside the scope of this role.

What you will do

Microsoft Partner Center and program management

  • Administer Microsoft Partner Center, including enrollment, partner status and user roles in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

  • Check that customer administration is in place, including CPOR and PAL linking, to earn designation and specialization points.

  • Maintain Solutions Partner designations and specializations, track the Partner Capability Score and support audits.

  • Manage Microsoft certifications and skilling, flagging gaps and upcoming renewals.

  • Track program changes and run impact analyses.

Co-sell and deal administration

  • Register deals and administer co-sell referrals in Partner Center, follow up on open registrations, and report on registered, accepted and won opportunities.

  • Route leads to Microsoft sellers, our sales teams or partner managers.

  • Maintain propensity lists and track joint pipeline activity with Microsoft and other partners.

Incentives and funding

  • Interpret Microsoft incentive guides, partner playbooks and program changes, translating them into input for propositions.

  • Identify new partner incentives, investments and funding programs, and run eligibility checks.

  • Prepare claims and proof of execution, and reconcile payouts and invoices with Finance.

  • Track ECIF, vouchers, rebates and program fees (MCI), and handle ECIF claims in Microsoft Supplier Web.

  • Track ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue), earnings and payments.

Calendar and governance

  • Own the Microsoft fiscal-year calendar, including MCAPS Start, Ignite, Partner of the Year Awards, and audit and specialization deadlines.

  • Map Microsoft contacts per segment, including Enterprise, Corporate, SMB, non-profit and commercial.

  • Act as the internal point of contact for non-technical Microsoft sales questions.

  • Support QBRs and the annual Partner Business Plan.

Other vendor programs and portals

  • Administer the AWS Partner Network (APN), Dell Technologies Partner Program, CNCF and future partner portals, including access, enrollment, tier requirements and certifications.

  • Register deals and manage MDF, co-op and rebate claims through to payout.

  • Monitor program changes and growth targets per vendor.

Reporting and operational documentation

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the Partner Manager and Commercial Manager.

  • Build dashboards covering incentives, earnings, payments, ACR, certifications and specializations.

  • Track revenue streams per partner program.

  • Maintain SOPs, documentation and compliance checks.

What are we looking for

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in partner operations at a Microsoft partner, Microsoft distributor or Microsoft itself.

  • You have deep working knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, including the AI Cloud Partner Program (formerly MPN), Solutions Partner designations, specializations, co-sell referrals and deal registration.

  • You have experience with Microsoft partner incentives and funding, and with ACR tracking.

  • You are familiar with the Microsoft fiscal year, from July to June, and its partner cadence.

  • You have strong Excel and reporting skills. Power BI is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English.

The following are nice to have, rather than requirements:

  • Experience with AWS APN, Dell Technologies Partner Program or CNCF.

  • Microsoft certifications, such as MB-910, AZ-900 or MS-900.

  • CRM experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

  • Dutch or Danish language skills.

Personality and ways of working

Detail-oriented and structured, you keep partner administration, claims and reporting accurate and up to date.

Proactive and curious, you follow program changes, identify funding opportunities and flag gaps or upcoming deadlines.

Collaborative and clear in your communication, you work across Sales, Finance and partner management to keep operational activity aligned.

Comfortable taking ownership, you build consistent processes and maintain clear documentation across vendor programs.
